Barton Creek Apple Butter Cheesecake Swirl Bars

Sweet, creamy, and perfectly spiced.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ⅓ cup melted butter

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup Barton Creek Apple Butter 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs + butter; press into pan. Bake 8 min.

  3. Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth. Add eggs + vanilla. Pour over crust.

  4. Drop apple butter by spoonfuls over batter; swirl with a knife.

  5. Bake 25–30 min. Cool, then chill 2 hours before cutting.

Tip:

  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
