Ingredients:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup melted butter

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup Barton Creek Apple Butter
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.

Mix graham cracker crumbs + butter; press into pan. Bake 8 min.

Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth. Add eggs + vanilla. Pour over crust.

Drop apple butter by spoonfuls over batter; swirl with a knife.

Bake 25–30 min. Cool, then chill 2 hours before cutting.
