Behind the Pie: Say Hello to Mike

Wondering how we manage to bake so many pies, manage stores in Boerne and Dripping Springs, and ship thousands of pies across the country? All that behind-the-scenes work gets done thanks to Mike, our operations manager. 

For more than 5 years, Mike has been keeping things operating smoothly. He’s lived most of his life in Texas, and he spends his spare time playing video games to relax and building model ships and planes.

What does Mike like most about working at Tootie Pie? He said, “Working here is an experience - I get to work with family, which is what drives me.”

Mike’s favorite pie is Pumpkin, which makes this time of year his favorite pie season!
