Shipping & Returns

The Delivery Process:
Shipping perishables is not an exact science; however, we have focused all of our packaging development towards shipping our pies flawlessly. Our packaging is designed for a 2-day maximum transit time, which is why we only allow Overnight, 1 or 2-day Ground, or Express shipping options. Also, due to the perishable nature of our pies, we cannot ship over weekends and holidays.  Each pie leaves our facility frozen and will arrive to your doorstep in a partially frozen to thawed state.

****** If ordering for a special event, please consider selecting a preferred arrival date at a minimum of one day before the event to ensure ample time for preparation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Delivery Times & Locations:
We ship Monday through Thursday for arrival on Tuesday through Friday.  All orders placed after _12_ PM each day will automatically be moved to the next day and will therefore change the available arrival dates on your screen.  We can only ship within the U.S. to addresses verified by the United States Postal Service and UPS. We cannot ship to P.O.  Boxes or APO/FPO addresses or Canada.

Arrival & Damage Policy:
We are committed to providing you the highest quality of product and service.  If your pie arrives damaged or in an unacceptable state, please call us so we can do our best to make sure your customer experience is a positive one.  Any additional shipping fees incurred to resend a pie that exceed the original cost will be the responsibility of the individual customer.  We unfortunately cannot extend our guarantee for delayed shipments due to unforeseen weather conditions, closed businesses, or incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout.  Before selecting a preferred arrival date, please check with your recipient to ensure their availability to receive packages.  Shippers will typically deliver to residential addresses without obtaining a signature and will leave the package at the front door or closest accessible area, but it is the drivers discretion if he will require a signature.  The Tootie Pie Company cannot be liable for determining the acceptable delivery area for each residence.  We ask that all customers keep an eye out for their shipment or give some form of notification to their recipients.  If delivering to a commercial address, a proof of delivery must be obtained by the delivery driver upon arrival.  Tracking information and further delivery details are available from the specific shipper and will be provided with the shipping notification for your order.

Refund & Return Policy:
In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect pie, contact us no more than 5 days after receiving your order. Our products are perishable items and we are unable to accept returns/refunds on unwanted pies.
