5 % - $500-$2,000
7.5% - $2,001-$5000
10% - $5,000 and above
Please contact our corporate sales department for more information.
3. How will the pies be packaged and shipped?
Our pies are carefully packaged in an insulated shipping container to maintain the integrity and freshness of the pies. Some pies include ice packs to extend the frozen state of the pie. The pie box is attractive and fun. Every package contains our heating/serving instructions, greeting card (if applicable), and our information brochure. All pies must reach their destination within 1 or 2 days. Each pie leaves our facility frozen and will arrive in a thawed state. Upon arrival, you can: Serve Immediately - follow our heating/serving instructions for fruit pies. Refrigerate - for eating a bit later, or Freeze - for a future occasion. When shipping to a residential address, the carrier will typically leave the package at the front door, but it is at the driver's discretion to hold for a signature, which can delay delivery. If you are shipping to a commercial address, the driver will require a signature at the time of delivery during normal business hours. For further details or any additional questions, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
If you are shipping a large order of pies to one single location (i.e. to your office for all of your employees), please contact us to discuss bulk freight options. For assistance, please contact our corporate sales department.
We guarantee delivery only to the adresses we are given. Please be sure addresses are correct, current and availible for delivery of a perishable product.
4. Can I include a message and select a date I want the pie to arrive?
Yes, we work with you to provide a meaningful and aesthetically pleasing message for your clients. We offer a greeting card that can be customized to include your company’s personal greeting. Or, we accept completed stationary to be packaged with each pie. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to provide your greeting. Also during checkout, you will have the opportunity to select available arrival dates for your pies. We will then schedule shipment accordingly.
Please contact our corporate sales department for any additional information on how we can personalize your order today.
5. What will my recipients have to do when they receive this gift?
No Baking Required. All Tootie Pies are fully baked and frozen in the same day to capture maximum freshness. Upon arrival, they can grab a fork and dig in, store in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer periods of time until they are ready to enjoy.
To prepare and Serve the pie once frozen:
For the best results, thaw overnight in your refrigerator with plastic wrap on the pie. For the quickest thawing process, remove plastic wrap and place on the counter. Fruit pies and Lemon Velvet Pie will take approximately 2 hours to thaw, while all other pies will take about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the room temperature. Our pies are baked in 11" tins, so these aren’t your average sized pies. Depending on the appetites, you can serve 8, 10, 12, or even 20 people.
To warm fruit pies in a conventional oven, follow these simple steps:
Remove plastic wrap and thaw.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Place on baking sheet and leave in the oven for 45 minutes or until heated through.
Cover crust with foil if needed to prevent additional browning.
Remove from oven and serve warm Tootie Pie for all to enjoy! And don’t forget the ice cream!
To warm pies in the microwave oven, follow these simple steps:
Slice and remove a piece from pie pan. Place on a microwave safe plate.
Heat on high for up to 1 minute or until it reaches your desired temperature.
Since all microwaves heat differently, this is only a guideline. Be careful as the filling could be very hot or have hot-spots.
Always store unused portions in the refrigerator.
6. How can I track my order(s)?
Tracking information is emailed to you the date of the shipment, and we constantly monitor the progress of every shipment. For corporate shipments we can oversee shipment with you until delivery. If there are any delivery problems that UPS, FedEx or we cannot solve, (i.e. given an incorrect address), we will follow up with the account contact person in a timely manner to take care of any needs. If you have any further questions, please contact our corporate sales department.
