Gift certificates can be purchased and redeemed online. Any gift certificates purchased will have a serial number, such as 1111-2222-3333-4444. When you purchase a gift certificate, you may choose to print out the certificate or send it via email to the recipient. When you redeem your gift certificate, any remaining balances in excess of your order total can be used for future orders by re-entering your existing serial number. For return items purchased with a gift certificate, the appropriate dollars will be reapplied to the certificate for future use.

Paper Gift Certificates

As the purchaser, you will receive an email with printable certificates that you can print out and give to the recipients. You can also choose to send an individual email to each recipient during the checkout process.

Gift Certificates are only redeemable online through www.tootiepieco.com or at a Tootie Pie Company Store.

• The value of the gift certificate is redeemable for all costs, including merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping fees.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
• Gift certificates are valid for only one year from the date of purchase. This does not apply in states where prohibited by law.
• If your order total exceeds the gift certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.
